I have access to a private space, free from the typical gym environment, where I can create programs designed to challenge coordination, aerobic fitness, and strength—all without the distraction of other gym members. I still incorporate weights and use a variety of other accessories to keep the sessions both fun and challenging. Additionally, I offer buddy sessions, allowing you to train with friends at a more affordable rate.
